Get ready for Asparagus!

Thank you to everyone who has come to the farm to pick up eggs, green garlic and spinach!

We would also like to offer Green Asparagus!

Did you know that newly planted asparagus crowns take 3 years to establish before you can harvest them?
This season we are finally planting our crop but really who can wait until 2015!

In the meantime we don't want you to miss out on locally grown asparagus.
This green asparagus is grown by our farmer friend in St. Joseph Michigan, Mick Klug Farm.

Busy in the kitchen!

Available beginning May 9th:
Green garlic will be sold as 5 to 6 in a bunch for $3.00.
1/2 pound bags of spinach is $4.00
pasture raised eggs are $5.50 a dozen
1 pound green asparagus for $5.00

Pick up for these items will be available in our farm stand, 17970 W. Millburn Road,
